Where do you get your meat and seafood?
All of our meat is sourced locally. Our lamb comes from our own farm, and our seafood is sourced fresh from Sydney seafood markets 2-3 times weekly.
Do you deliver?
Yes! We can deliver BBQ and freezer packs within the town limits of Mudgee and Gulgong.
Can I hire a spit or BBQ from you?
Yes! We have spit roasts, BBQs, and cool rooms for hire.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, and on weekends from 8:00am to 1:00pm.
Do you sell seafood?
Yes, we have fresh seafood like prawns and fish.
Do you offer bulk meat packs?
Yes, we offer bulk BBQ and freezer packs at great value.
Can you cut the meat to my specifications?
Yes, our butchers can cut the meat just the way you like it.
Do you have gluten-free options?

How do I store meat to keep it fresh longer?
We recommend keeping it in the fridge or freezing it if you’re not using it right away.
